After 60 days on Keto

Hello again everyone, how are you doing today? This is my follow up picture from when I introduced myself 31 days ago. The shirt I am wearing is a compression shirt, I am trying to show all my cushion while keeping things PG. It may pull me in a bit, but I do not really think so. Just being as transparent as possible. I am not satisfied with where I am at, but I am proud of how far I have come. I started my Journey on January 25, 2021 at 285 pounds. The top picture was taken on February 25, 2021 at 261 pounds. The bottom picture was taken on March 26, 2021 at 245 pounds. I am down 40 pounds in two months, sounds great to me!

As you may have noticed, I am trying to step up my game a bit on all fronts. When I began this journey, I made sure not to overcomplicate things. I just picked some recipes I thought I would like and began eating Keto. I also followed that up with walking, some light exercise with bands, and intermittent fasting. I have been educating myself lately on fasting and keto and will be making some changes to how I do things. I know, the first chunk of weight is going to come off the easiest. I will be paying more attention to what I put in my body and will start stepping up my fitness routine as well.
