Week 6 Results

Mistakes were made again this week. I am trying to be as transparent as I can, so maybe others can learn from my mistakes before they make them. I continue to do the intermittent fasting along with my keto diet. I usually eat 2 meals a day 5-6 hours apart, and it has become easy. A few days last week I was only hungry for 1 meal each day, so I went with it. After 3 days in a row with just one meal per day, I was wiped out. I was walking 5 miles a day and working out with exercise bands every other day. I was not getting enough calories to support this. I reduced the walking to about 2 miles a day and eliminated the workouts for the last 4 days, to allow myself to recover. I walked a total of 24 miles during week 6.

I still had a great week! I reached my 30 pounds lost mark and rewarded myself with a 10-inch pizza. It was delicious!

I lost another 7 pounds this week.

Current weight is 250 pounds.

Starting weight was 285 pounds.

I’m down 35 pounds in 6 weeks, I think that is fantastic, and never dreamed it would taste so good. I hope everyone following along is creeping up on there goals as well. Have a great day!

    1. Thanks, I didn’t really expect these kind of results so fast. I do think the keto, intermittent fasting, and walking are all equal contributors to my success so far.
