February 23rd – March 1st
I have really come a long way so far; my health issues continue to decrease, and I am slowly beginning to push myself a little farther each day. The intermittent fasting has become routine now and I no longer seem to get hungry outside of my 6-hour eating window. We finally got a break in the weather, so Zoey and I have been getting our steps in. I walked 3 miles on day 1, 4 miles on day 2, 5 miles on day 3, and then I backed off and only did 2.5 miles the last 2 days as I started feeling blisters on my heels. I forget sometimes just how long I was inactive before, regardless we made great progress this week. I am still doing some light workouts with the exercise bands and have begun to ramp up those as well. All of these things combined with the keto diet, it looks like I am well on track to lose those 50 pounds by my next birthday.
I lost another 8 pounds this week.
Current weight is 257 pounds.
Starting weight was 285 pounds.
