Week 3 Results

Thank you to everyone who is checking in on my week 3 results. This week I continued to follow the keto diet and still implementing intermittent fasting. I have started to do some light exercises with exercise bands as well. Just doing some curls, lateral raises, and triceps work for now, not much just 3 sets of 10 every day right now.

Like I stated in my week 2 results, I bought some protein bars that I thought were keto snacks. They had 29 grams of carbs in each bar, and I ate 8 protein bars during week two and three. So, once again I’m not sure but I think the intermittent fasting has been doing most of the heavy lifting so far.

However, I did lose 6 pounds this week for a total loss of 15 pounds so far. A 5 pound a week average so far, I think that’s pretty great considering I have probably not been in ketosis most of the time. I am looking into some kind of test strip to find out when I am in ketosis. Its hard for me to tell without it, does anyone have a ketosis test they like and trust? Please comment below. Also, please tell me about your success or struggles.
